Strategic Content
Content marketing is the process of planning, creating, distributing, sharing, and publishing content to reach your target audience. Aligning content with marketing goals will improve brand awareness, boost sales, connect with your target audience members, and engage prospects and customers. In other words... content is still king!
Providing effective information is exactly how you earn the favor of search engines, which have the potential to make or break your business. Most businesses know that ranking on Google and other search engines can help their bottom line, and they’re right. Since it dominates over 90% of the global market share, we’ll be focusing mainly on Google in this post.
I absolutely love statistics and data-backed strategic content that supports marketing goals. So, here it goes... 47% of buyers view 3 to 5 pieces of content before engaging with a sales representative, and companies with blogs tend to get 67% more leads than those who don’t have an updated and optimized blog. I still believe content is king!

For this ongoing project, I wrote several blog posts with 400 words and more geared towards folks that are at the top of the sales funnel looking for experts in the real estate industry to assist with buying and selling homes. Topics include tips, educational, and entertaining, which were all compiled from outlines and strategic marketing planning.
For this real estate group, I give a voice to the team's thoughts, which made impactful blog posts. Each post was a true reflection of the team's mission on educating homebuyers and sellers. After spending time with subject matter experts, I understood the content and incorporated agent ideas that set the appropriate tone and took the target audience.

I wrote several blog posts highlighting products, product launches, and tips for entertaining throughout the year with a modern approach to video decor. Working closely with sales, I created a content calendar that supported sales through strategically planned content to support such topics as product launches. I was able to partner with the entire team throughout the entire duration of my time consulting with the company. Additionally, I organized assets that complimented content with a strong call to action recommendations to products.
