THE PROJECT
Big Picture Real Estate Group, brokered by EXP Realty, wanted to update its branding and differentiate itself within a competitive real estate marketplace. After conducting qualitative research methods, the strategy was to embark on a rebranding journey.
THE CHALLENGE
The company didn't have a brand or consistency of their voice. This is a visual update to better communicate your positioning and not a strategic change. Create synergy between the groups name and the agents. Additionally, awareness and encourage home buyers and sellers to work with a team of real estate agents.
THE SOLUTION
As with any brand, periodic updates to the visual look are necessary to stay connected with the ever-changing consumer market. When updating a company’s visual image, it is important to refresh the look without losing the identity of what made them who they are. In other words – with the updated look, people still need to easily recognize the company and its vision. The strategy included the implementation of the following:
